Downstairs we have a lovely large kitchen, a sitting room and a bright and sunny morning room which looks out onto our garden. The River Thames is about 300 metres from our house and flows through the nearby meadow. We have lovely walks around us and the little town we live in is old, has an interesting history and contains coffee shops, quaint pubs and restaurants. South West England, England - Hi, I'm Carol, I live with my partner Brian who is also an English treacher.. We live in the Southwest of England in a village called Street. It is very near Glastonbury and Wells. Bath, Bristol and Stonehenge are about an hour is possible to go to London for the day. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside for good walks. Our house is large and very comfortable with a garden. We have no pets. Brian and I both love cooking, so you will have good food.
There is lots to see and do.
